A disciplined, creative, and enthusiastic executive with 30 years of Sales, Marketing, and Training experience, Steve has an MBA and is an award-winning Certified Instructional Designer. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management, where he teaches entrepreneurial marketing.
During his 30-year career, he has held positions with AT&T, Abbott Labs, Amersham, and Amgen in customer service, sales, marketing, brand planning, and training & development. An innovative problem-solver with a successful track record of assessing and capitalizing on opportunities to accelerate revenue and streamline costs, Steve has assisted in the launch of two startup companies in corporate benefits and medical software. He has led new brand planning processes, managed $ 1.6B in contract sales, and has launched new products and new sales models.
Steve is a sales & marketing advisor to startup companies across the United States. He and his wife have been married for 28 years and have one son.

We have launched new products, new marketing processes, and new sales models. We have started our own businesses, doing everything from raising capital to winning our very first customer. We have hired ad agencies and vendors. By the way, we’ve fired them, too.
We’ve re-organized sales departments to make them more efficient so sales acceleration can occur more quickly. New job descriptions, comp plans, annual reviews, and organizational reporting structure are part of what we do.
